- Phone and Remote support is billed in 15-minute increments (15-minute minimum)
- Onsite rates will include travel time to and from your site and are billed in 15-minute increments (1-hour minimum)
- A full day discount of 8% is offered for 8 hours or more of onsite work
- Standard business hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Excluding Holidays)
- Extended business hours are Monday - Friday before 8:00 AM and after 6:00 PM, all day Saturday and Sunday and are billed at 1.5 X the normal hourly rate (Excluding Holidays)
- Holiday hours and holiday weekend hours are billed at 2 X the normal hourly rate

Not only do you have complete control over your service hour blocks, but since we understand that your IT budget and needs from month to month may change, you have the option to rollover your hours in any 12-month period.
